A Lenoir man is facing charges of felony possession of a gun on educational property. Blaine Frances Pennington 50, has a court date on May 3rd. He was observed at Happy Valley School and later at Collettsville School. Pennington was placed in the Caldwell Detention Center under a $25,000 secured bond.
