Grady Hardley Greene of Lenoir ran off the side of the road in Morganton causing some residents to be without power for two hours. Temporary repairs were made Tuesday night but residents near Mountain View Elementary can expect a power outage Thursday as crews make permanent repairs. Greene had lacerations on his head and was transported to the Hospital for treatment.
