Suspected Heroin Dealer arrested in Lenoir on Tuesday

A suspected heroin dealer was arrested in Lenoir on Tuesday.  Dorian Michael Morgan of Morganton was taken into custody after investigators found heroin and thousands of dollars in his motel room. The News Topic reports agents from the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office, Lenoir Police, and Burke County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division began to investigate Morgan several months ago after tips from both public and confidential informants.
