McDowell County Sheriff’s deputies are looking for a man who is wanted for kidnapping. Spencer O’Connor Elliot of Marion is accused of chaining a woman to a bed for days from testifying against him in court. The News Herald describes Elliot as a white male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, with long wavy brown hair, blues eyes and tattoos on both arms. Anyone with information is asked to call Capt. Shannon Smith or McDowell County Crime Stoppers.
