Shots Fired at Home

A man has been charged after police say he shot into an occupied home Saturday afternoon. The News Herald reports Richard Hidalgo of Morganton was trying to shoot at his ex girlfriend’s car. The bullet shattered the bedroom window of Kevin Ross who was home with his girlfriend.
