A Dudley Shoals woman is accused of stealing Christmas packages that were delivered to homes in Caldwell and Catawba County. Summer Hatcher is believed to be linked to at least nine cases in which packages were stolen after they were delivered. The News Topic reports the first theft was reported on December 4th.
