A Gamewell resident was arrested over the weekend for interfering with an emergency fire channel and making threats, according to the Lenoir News-Topic. Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office stated Larry West started making the threats on Saturday evening as well as telling first responders he had a weapon. West was charged with multiple offenses and his bond was set at $30,000.
