A Caldwell County Schools activity bus was involved in an accident yesterday afternoon. The bus was stopped at a railroad crossing on 321 on its way to William Lenoir Middle from a band competition. WBTV reports a car did not stop at the crossing and slammed into the back of the bus. No children were injured in the accident.
