Whitnel and Gamewell Elementary to change meal plans

Some students at Whitnel and Gamewell Elementary schools might no longer receive free lunch and breakfast next school year. The News-Topic reports the change is due to the percentage in low-income students dropping. If the change takes place, students will still be able to apply for the free lunch program.
