A Morganton woman was charged again Tuesday afternoon in connection with a shooting, stabbing and high-speed chase that left three people injured earlier this month. Kristen Ellis was previously charged on May 19 in the incident with felony fleeing to elude arrest. The News Herald reports more charges are expected in the case.
