Portion of Hickory road to be closed for a month

A portion of the road near the Hickory Metro Convention Center will be closed for about a month. The road was closed after The Hickory Record reports Hickory Public Services found a significant hole at the intersection of 13th Avenue Drive SE and 19th Street Drive SE Wednesday.
