Three people arrested on drug charges near Valmead Elementary

Three people were arrested on drug charges at a house a short distance from Valmead Elementary School. Mario Garcia,  Alysia Taylor, and Carl Coffey Jr. were arrested after a month-long investigation lead police to their home where The News-Topic reports investigators found 2.7 grams of methamphetamine, one-tenth of a gram of heroin, and various pieces of drug paraphernalia
