Job Brief

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks such as providing support to Management, Employees, and Clients, assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering and directing telephone calls
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments
  • Preparing reports and maintaining filing systems
  • Writing and distributing e-mails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Acting as the point of contact for clients

Requirements include

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers and fax machines
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
