Caldwell County Commissioners recently proclaimed November Adoption Awareness Month, recognizing the Department of Social Services’ role in helping connect children in need with loving families. In addition to needing adoptive families, DSS is looking for foster parents as well. Anyone interested in adopting or fostering can contact their local Department of Social Services.
