Hickory PD chase leads to fugitive arrest

A police chase in Hickory on Thursday led to the arrest of a fugitive from Tennessee.  Hickory police attempted to stop a vehicle but the driver didn’t stop and later fled on foot.  Jacob Ray Rash was taken into custody and faces several charges relating to Thursday’s events. He is also wanted on a fugitive warrant in Tennessee and is awaiting extradition.
