An Alexander County Man is behind bars charged with murder after a shooting in the Stony Point Community Tuesday afternoon. Joshua Lee Branch was still at the scene on Spring Point Drive when deputies arrived and arrested without incident. The victim, whose name has not been released, was found outside the home with multiple gunshot wounds to the chest.
