Arrest in shooting at concord mills mall

Charlotte police have made an arrest in the shooting at Concord Mills Mall Saturday night that left one teenager dead and two others wounded.  18 year old Dontae Milton Black has been charged with first degree murder and felony riot.  More charges are pending.  13 year old Avenanna Propst was killed in the shooting.  Black had an argument with another teen inside the mall that carried over into the parking lot outside Dave & Busters.
