On Thursday, February 6, 2020 information was developed reference the location of Steven Razelle Staples; b/m/30 YOA of Charlotte, NC. Staples was located and apprehended in Charlotte, NC by the U.S. Marshals with the assistance of Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department. Staples was served with a warrant for arrest for the First Degree Murder of Andres Osvaldo Moscotte that occurred on January 23, 2020.
Staples is being held under no bond at the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office Detention Center
