The City of Lenoir and the Unifour Consortium will hold a public meeting on Tuesday to give the public an opportunity to comment for the Consolidated Plan for the City and the Consortium. The plan is to identify needs, outline goals, and develop action plans for the use of Community Development Block Grant funds for the next five years. The meeting will be at 6pm Tuesday in the Council Chambers of the Caldwell County Office Building.
