Health Officials in Burke County reported that county’s 27th and 28th Coronavirus related deaths on Thursday. Both people were in their 80s, were hospitalized. One person had an underlying medical issue and the other died from complications related to the virus. Burke County added 30 new positives cases on Thursday.
Health officials in Catawba County reported 38 new cases Thursday.
Caldwell County had 23 new cases on Thursday.
