Six people are facing drug charges following a three month investigation by the Burke County Sheriffs Office. The Criminal investigation division had received information about possible drug related activity at an address on U.S. 64 in Morganton. After the three month investigation detectives were able develop probable cause regarding the sale of heroin and methamphetamine. The suspects face a variety of drug related charges.
