Hickory Police have two suspects in custody from an armed robbery that occurred Friday morning at the Family Dollar – 3107 Springs Road NE.
The suspects were caught Following a short chase. 36 year old Jennifer Burton Sprinkle is charged with Assault with a Deadly Weapon Government Official and Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon.
40 year old Shane Collins Barrett is charged with Aid and Abet Armed Robbery, Flee-Elude Arrest and Resisting Public Officer. Both were placed under $100,000 bonds. A hickory police officer suffered minor injuries during the chase.
