Felony methamphetamine charges were brought against a Hickory man. Mitchell Todd Bowman 47, also faces possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer. Bowman was taken to the Catawba County Detention Facility by the Hickory Police. He is under a $1,000 secured bond. Court dates are set for November 23rd and 30th.
