One of Burke County’s Top 10 most wanted has been arrested. Steven Michael Day 25, faces, multiple charges of probation violations, failure to appear and is under investigation for several larcenies. He was placed in the Burke County jail under a $29,000 secured bond. Court dates are January 1st and February 22nd. He was arrested in Valdese after a tip to law enforcement officers.
