A Burke County man is facing drug charges. Zachary Gene Roberts 25, was arrested by the Burke County Sheriffs Department and charged with felony possession of schedule 2 drugs. He is in jail in Morganton under a $10,000 secured bond. A court date is set for February 11th.
Breaking and entering charges were brought against a Lenoir man. Willie Ferman Ferguson 31, was arrested by Lenoir Police officers on February 8th. He was given a custody release with a court date of March 1st.
