A Lenoir man was charged with cocaine and heroin possession. Jason Chantel Gibbs 32, also was charged with maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substance. He was placed in the Caldwell County Jail under a $10,000 secured bond. A court date was scheduled for today.
