A fugitive arrest was made in Hickory. Jack Edward Frye 37, is facing felony failure to appear on charges of possession of fentanyl for re sale among other charges. He is a fugitive awaiting extradition to Tennessee. He was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under a $115,000 secured bond. A next court appearance is April 5th.
