A traffic stop led to a drug arrest in Morganton. Bruce Allen Hanna 61, faces felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver schedule 3 controlled substance among other drug charges. The Morganton Department of Public Safety made the arrest. Hanna was placed in the Burke County jail under a $25,000 secured bond. A court date is set for today.
