A man has been charged in a Lenoir fire. Justin Allen Franklin 27, was charged with 2nd degree arson for a fire that damaged the loading area at the Goodwill on Blowing Rock Blvd. Franklin’s bond was set at $20,000 secured. It is believed he was sleeping outside the store and may have started the fire to keep warm.
