A Lenoir man is facing charges, Joshua Phillip Ostwalt 30, was arrested by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers on felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle charge among other charges. He was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $26,000 secured bond. His next court date is September 13th.
