No charges will be filed against 2 Hickory officers. District Attorney Scott Reilly announced on Monday after review of bodycam and video tape surveillance footage there would be no charges against officers Josh Null and Richard Bortrick. The State Bureau of Investigations also reviewed the evidence. The case involved Gregory Ray Cribb 42, who faces armed robbery and kidnapping charges. The incident took place near Corner Pocket Lounge on September 30th.
