Multiple charges were brought against a Hildebran man. 27 year old Lee Miller Jr was arrested by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Department officers. He faces felony flee to elude arrest, larceny of a motor vehicle, and hit and run with property damage. Bond was set at $125,000. His next court date is set for January 10th.
Bond was set at $105,000 for a Granite Falls woman. 36 year old Tabitha Renee Bumgarner was arrested by the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Department officers. She faces felony violation of house arrest and 2nd degree trespass. Her next court date is set for January 26th.
