Caldwell Senior Center-Yoga

Insomnia affects 35% of Americans.  Sleep deprivation on the body mimics the aging process on a cellular level via higher levels of stress hormones.  Sleep never reacts well to pressure and traditional sleep aids are a temporary fix. Learn the science of insomnia and how to “Let Go” with yoga therapist Ellen Crider E-RYT-500 on April 4th at 3:30pm at the Senior Center.  Also enjoy a prize drawing, refreshments, and companionship.  There is a $10 fee per person. Please call 758-2883 to register.  The Senior Center is a United Way participating agency.
