This week in Caldwell County: The first permanent Charters of Freedom setting in the nation built by students (Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights & Constitution)

The Declaration of Independence, the Bill of Rights and the Constitution will be permanently installed on the Caldwell County Courthouse grounds.

This week – starting Tuesday, May 7th – Students from Hibriten High School, South Caldwell High School and West Caldwell High School will participate in the first setting in the nation built by students.
