A two-car accident slowed traffic on I-40 yesterday. The News Herald reports John Stinson had a seizure and passed out while driving causing his car to cross the median and strike a barrier. Stinson’s car then bounced off the barrier and hit a work van, carrying two people, sending it into a guardrail. No one was seriously injured in the accident.
