Tree Disrupts Phone and Internet Service for Library and Water Department

A fallen tree that blocked Hospital Ave. in Lenoir also disrupted phone and internet service to the Caldwell County Public Library Main Branch and The Caldwell County Water Department yesterday morning. The Daily Record reports the library will remain open, and water customers can pay their bills at the Alden E Starnes County Plaza.
