Bond was set at $35,000 after a drug arrest. Austin Lane Ervin 24, was arrested by officers with the Burke County Sheriff’s Office. He faces felony possession with intent to manufacture sell and deliver heroin. The arrest occurred at a Burke St address on January 2nd.
Breaking and entering charges were brought against a Lenoir resident. Jamie Lee Icenhour 39, also faces a larceny after breaking and entering charge. Granite Falls Police made the arrest. Secured bond was set at $10,000.
