A Lenoir man is facing several charges. Dakota Dustin Smith 27, was arrested by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He is charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, breaking and entering and larceny. Smith was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $15,000 secured bond. A court date is set for February 17th.
