The emergency field hospital in Lenoir is being taken down. Samaritan’s Purse set up the facility at Caldwell UNC Healthcare during the first week of January to help with the overflow of Covid 19 patients. In total, 79 patients were served there. The relief organization led by Franklin Graham, also has a field hospital operating in California.
