A fatal shooting has been ruled self defense according to the District Attorney’s Office. The case involved employees from Bolick’s Tire. The incident occurred January 5th in Sawmills at the Market Basket, resulting in the death of 18 year old Cedric Harshaw. Surveillance video was used in the case.
