A court date is set for today for a Lenoir man. Justin Ryan Day 37, faces felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver heroin among many other charges, including parole violation. He was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $35,000 bond.
Felony larceny charges were filed in Caldwell County. Joseph Luke Dunn 32, of Buncombe County faces four felony counts of alter or destroy motor vehicle parts among other charges. He was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $50,000 secured bond. A court date was set for today.
