A fugitive from Virginia was arrested in Hickory. 41 year old Keith Wesley Peters is awaiting extradition to Henry County Virginia, where he is facing multiple probation violations, failure to appear and shoplifting charges. He was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center without bond.
