Breaking and entering charges were brought against a Hickory man. 36 year old Austin Byron Locke was arrested by Hickory Police, he also faces felony larceny and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver Schedule II controlled substance. He was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under a $15,000 secured bond. His next court date will be August 8th.
