Thanksgiving Day Fire Destroys building

Things heated up on Thanksgiving Day in Alexander County when a small abandoned building burned down.  Firefighters from Ellendale, Taylorsville, Sugar Loaf and the North Carolina Forest Service were called to All Healing Springs Road. The Building was already mostly destroyed once first responders arrived.  The fire spread to woods behind the building but fortunately it was quickly contained.
