Make-A-Will Month: Free Life Cycle Planning Workshop

August is National Make-A-Will Month—an important reminder that every adult should have a plan for protecting their family, property, finances, and final wishes.

Olive Hill Community Economic Development Corporation invites the community to its FREE Life Cycle Planning Workshop on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at New Day Christian Church, 1023 East Union Street in Morganton.

Trusted community professionals will provide practical guidance on wills and estate planning, homeownership and property protection, financial and retirement planning, funeral and burial preparation, and leaving a meaningful legacy. Participants will receive helpful resources, take part in interactive breakout sessions, and have opportunities to ask questions.

A light lunch is included. Advance registration is requested because seating is limited.
