A Newton man is facing charges in Caldwell County. Calleb Scott Clark 20, faces auto larceny, possession of a stolen motor vehicle and speeding to elude arrest. The stolen vehicle had reportedly been painted a new color. Clark was placed under a $40,000 secured bond by the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office.
