Two people have been charged in connection with a chop shop in Caldwell County. Ryan Eller McRae 41, and Tiffany Anne Brown 39 of Tom Calloway Lane face charges related to stolen vehicles and possession of stolen vehicle parts. Officials believe others may be involved in the operation.
