A Tractor trailer overturned spilling cinder blocks along Highway 181 Thursday morning according to The Morganton News Herald. Marcaus Liles tried to make a curve after his brakes failed but the weight of the cinder blocks flipped the tractor trailer. Liles was rescued by bystanders after his seat belt became stuck. He was evaluated at the scene by Burke County EMS, but not transported to the hospital. Lilies has been charged with driving left of the center.
