Anderson Family Properties Fined for Contaminated Waste

According to the Lenoir News Topic Anderson Family Properties will be fined $50 dollars a day until it submits a plan to remove the containers holding glue contaminated waste. The containers were left after the DAFCO, the company in charge of treating the waste, went bankrupt. Anderson Family properties is currently in court to try to force Tailored Chemical Products Inc., who created the waste to remove the containers.
