A Granite Falls man was charged in a Grace Chapel murder on Friday evening. Michael Vincent Osborne is accused of killing Edgar Mendoza Picazo last Monday. According to the Lenoir News Topic Osborne faces two charges murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He is being held without bond and is scheduled to be arraigned today.
